Job Title - Oracle Projects Expert
(Federal Government Project - Active Security Clearance Required)

Oracle Projects Expert
Serves as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Projects application executing functional activities required to design, configure, test, train and deploy the application solution to a broad user community. Specific processes and function experience in: 1. Indirect and capital projects, Capital project integration with property systems, 2. Cost allocation set up and maintenance, 3. Labor costing in Projects, and 4. Cost burdening set up and maintenance.
Ability to work independently or as team leader responsible for providing functional and technical guidance related to Oracle Projects. Person may act as liaison between end-user communities, stakeholders, and service providers within an enterprise. Analyze business needs and user requirements, develop design alternatives, conduct fit gap analysis and develop solution design. Perform hands on application configuration and develop design and configuration documentation. Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows. Support development of technical specifications. Prepare and conduct testing including: unit, systems/integration, and user acceptance. Assist in development of training materials and delivery of end user training. Deploy processes and applications to end users and provide post implementation support.
Required Qualifications:
• Possess deep experience using Oracle Projects in a Federal government environment.
• Full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Projects in a hands on lead role
• Previous experience implementing Reimbursable Agreements in an Oracle Federal Financials environment.
• At least 2 years of functional Federal or DoD experience, to include knowledge of SFIS or GCAC cost accounting elements..
• Project billing experience.
• Experience with R12.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 7-9 years of related experience.
• Experience with integration to other Oracle and SAP systems & SAP ECC 6.0 is a nice to have
