Job Title - Oracle Order to Cash Expert
(Federal Government Project - Active Security Clearance Required)

Oracle Order to Cash Expert
This person will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Cash Management, to perform implementation of Reimbursable Agreements/Orders.
Ability to work independently or as team leader responsible for providing functional and technical guidance related to Oracle Order to Cash Applications. Analyze business needs and user requirements, develop design alternatives, conduct fit gap analysis and develop solution design. Must have the ability to act as liaison between end-user communities, stakeholders, and service providers. Should be able to perform application configuration and develop design and configuration documentation. Should have the ability to develop specs for the RICE components, including workflows. Support development of technical specifications. Prepare and conduct testing. Assist in development of training materials and delivery of end user training. Deploy processes and applications to end users and provide post implementation support.
Required Qualifications:
• Possess deep experience with Oracle Sales Order, Fulfillment, Billing, Collections, Receivables, and Cash Management modules including business process re-engineering, and solution design (including business process flow and functional design documentation), configuration, testing, training and deployment to support Reimbursable Agreements, Cash Deposits, IPAC and DCAS Billing and Collection processing and interfaces, and Order to Fulfill based reporting.
• Full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Order to Cash applications in a hands on lead role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 7-9 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Project Accounting is a plus.
• Experience with integration to other Oracle and SAP systems
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0
