Job Title : Business Analyst – Change Management
(Federal Government Project - Active Security Clearance Required)

Business Analyst/ Change Management -
The desired candidate will assist in the detailed Organizational Change Management (OCM) planning activities necessary to migrate all organizational subcomponents to a standard, enterprise ERP solution within a large, complex environment. This individual must have hands-on experience in designing and documenting a change management strategy and plan in support of an ERP program, preferably Federal Government, or major ERP implementation in the private sector. Individual must be able to quickly pick up and run with the current OCM and communication approach, develop further recommendations, conduct additional stakeholder and risk assessment and impact analysis activities, and take ownership of drafting/delivering the OCM and organization redesign plan in support of the ERP program.
As a change management and ERP systems integration consultant, works with customer stakeholders and project staff to perform the detailed planning activities needed to accomplish the end-to-end implementation of the target ERP solution and its attendant risks. As a key client facing representative, works to support a collaborative team environment which promotes staff, sub-contractor, and client partnerships to meet common goals and shared program objectives. As an experienced consulting professional, advances a business model that endorses the highest level of professional ethics and client affiliations built with trust, integrity, and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications:
• Mid-level business transformation professional with demonstrated track record implementing successful ERP enabled projects in a Federal environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices and exposure to OCM and ERP implementation methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational readiness assessment activities to include the application and understanding of industry best practices and tools within the areas of business process gap/fit and impact analysis, change readiness and risk assessment/management.
• Superior written and oral communication skills are required.
• Current Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and 4-9 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing COTS/ERP-based business solutions.
• Prior experience or solid familiarity with Federal Financial Management processes and solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
• Experience with integration to other Oracle and SAP systems
